Alletti has such an inviting atmosphere, plus the staff is great to work with. I highly recommend Alex Bragg! She had all the qualities my fiancé and I were looking for when shopping for our engagement ring and wedding bands – knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and honest. She took features I liked from 3 different styles and helped create my dream ring within our budget. Alletti also refitted a family ring for my fiancé and preserved the original engraving with his grandparents’ wedding date. Alex and Alletti have gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied as we prepare for our wedding day.

I bought my ring for my wife here and had nothing but a great experience! We also bought my ring here. We have gone back for adjustments and cleanings. Recently I went back in and saw Petra due to my ring finish fading. She took care of me, no questions asked. Petra goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and pleased. I highly recommend Alletti Jewelry! I love shopping at Alletti because of the beautiful, unique jewelry and the incredible customer service. Patra is so friendly and helpful! She will work with you to design and create one of a kind pieces. Her craftsmanship is second to none. If you haven't stopped in since Alletti's move to the west end of Rockbrook shopping center, do so soon! It's a real treat!

The owner helped me with my granddaughters graduation gift. Patra gives individualized suggestions and support. She went out of her way to expedite the appraisal which was done within a week. That is faster than any other store I called.The store is well designed and accommodating. I will recommend her to my family and friends.

Patra and her staff are incredible. They have so much patience and endless knowledge when it comes to diamonds and jewelry. They helped me design the perfect ring. It was so great custom designing with them instead of just picking one out of a case or online. Alletti Jewelry is a special place and they are my go to place from now on! I highly recommend them if you are in the market for anything jewelry related and especially a one of a kind piece. Can't thank you enough!!!

Phenomenal buying experience. They helped me design and create the perfect engagement ring, wedding band, and wedding day gift for my wife. They were fun, friendly, and absolutely went over the top to ensure that everything went as well as it possibly could. I love working with small businesses - they care - and that was so evident in the customer service I received from everyone at Alletti. Buying an engagement ring can be a pretty intimidating experience.. but they made it comfortable and exciting. Needless to say, I trust them completely and I'll be returning for many years to come. After almost 18 years, I finally decided to get my rings sautered together. I asked Patra to do it for me. I wish I would’ve taken ‘before’ photos, because when she showed me my rings, I was in absolute shock at how much she polish them up. I feel like they are more sparkly and shiny than the day I got them. I will definitely not wait as long next time to get them spiffed up. And sautering them made them fit better on my finger as well. They were getting a little loose and I thought I might have had to have her size them down, but this worked perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend going to her. She is fast and does such beautiful work. I want every single piece in her shop! You will not be disappointed going to Alletti Jewlery!

Patra is absolutely amazing! She designed my wedding rings and helped us with my husband’s ring and our mother-of-the bride/groom bracelets. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be using her services again!

I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. I bought two pieces of jewelry in the Virgin Islands several years ago, a ring and a necklace. The ring lost a stone so I went to Alletti for the repair. She found something perfect and polished the ring to look brand new after six years. The necklace was damaged by someone (left it to stew in car cup holder goo in the dead of summer). I took it to a local well known jewelry store where I'd shopped for decades. Their work was not great, and I still didn't feel comfortable wearing the necklace. Finally took it to Alletti and got it back today. I am ecstatic with the results. I've purchased other jewelry as well - a custom designed diamond necklace and a ring straight from the case. She is incredibly helpful and really, really kind.
